Before You Make a Purchase

Reasons for delays in receiving an order confirmation e-mail:

Before your order is fulfilled, we check our study materials for accuracy and current code compatibility which MAY cause a delay.  If the delay is more than a business day, we will inform you via e-mail.

If for some reason the study materials you attempted to order is out‑of‑date, we will notify you via e-mail, issue a full refund (usually the same day) and e-mail an invoice showing the credit back to your account.

After you place your order

The first e-mail you receive will be a copy of your order form showing the details that you entered.  You may also receive a confirmation from the payment processor that simply notifies you of the bank card transaction.  The receipt number from the payment processor is NOT your order number.  Emailing the receipt number using the customer support form does not help us find your order in our invoicing system.

Usually, within 2 to 6 hours of your order (depending on the time of day), you'll receive a confirmation e-mail that has your order number, AND name of the exam you ordered. This is not an automated process.  If you don't receive this e-mail within 6 hours, it usually means that your e-mail server has us blocked.

If we don't get an e-mail response to the confirmation, we assume that there's a problem and will make an attempt to call you using the number supplied in the order form.
