Before You Make a Purchase

Reasons for delays in receiving an order confirmation email:

Before your order is fulfilled, we check the materials for accuracy and code compatibility.  This is the primary reason for any delay in receiving an order confirmation.

If for some reason the study materials you attempted to order is out-of-date, we will notify you via email, issue a full refund (usually the same day, excluding weekends) and email an invoice showing the credit back to your account.

After you place your order

The first email you receive will be from the payment processor that simply confirms that you made a payment.  The receipt number is NOT your order number.  Emailing the receipt number using the customer support form does not help us find your order in our invoicing system.

Usually, within 2 to 6 hours of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that has your order number, AND name of the exam you ordered. This is not an automated process.  If you don't receive this email within 6 hours, it usually means that your mail server has us blocked.

If we don't get an email response to the confirmation, we assume that there's a problem and will make an attempt to call you using the number supplied in the order form.
