General Info
Colorado requires a state-wide license for electricians and plumbers.  Although no state license is required for general contracting, licensing may be required on a city or county level, including but not limited to: Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Grand Junction, and Denver areas.
Reciprocity
Electrical - Colorado has electrical journeyman reciprocal license agreements with Alaska, Arkansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.  Reciprocal license applications are available at THIS LINK.
