Contact Us Information

Customer Service

Our primary method of communicating with customers is through forms we provide on our site.  We do not have a sales staff to make calls and repeat the info that we already have posted on our web pages.  It is your responsibility to read the information and make your own decisions.

Do not use the forms below to ask us about detailed licensing requirements provided by state agencies, such as reciprocity, whether or not you need a bond or the amount of licensing fees.

It is your responsibility to find the agency's web site and/or contact information and research ALL of the requirements of your license thoroughly.  We provide contact info on most of our trade pages as a courtesy.  Note that this information is subject to change without notice.

If you use our forms, please limit you inquiries to these issues:

  • Multi-state/trade discounts.
  • Classifications/trade shown as not being offered on our trade pages.  We may be able to create a custom order by researching the license requirements of your trade.
  • If you haven't received your order within the time specified on our Policy/FAQ page.
  • If you haven't received an order confirmation or PayPal receipt.

Tutorial and Practice Test content problem report form

Some customers are under the mistaken belief that we keep copies of their sent files for more than a few months.  This is not true.  When the exam requirements change, the master file that generated their study questions changes also.  This will cause the new questions for their license exam to change sequence and land on a completely different pages than what was in the original file.  That is why, when you report errors in answers and book references, we need COMPLETE information about your files.

If you find a question in the PDF files you receive for Practice Tests and Tutorials that you believe has an incorrect answer, use the form below to report the problem.

Be prepared to provide the following:

  • The exact file name of your PDF file(s).
  • The date you received the file.
  • Creation date of the file (right click, properties).
  • Text of the question we provided.
  • Text of the answer we provided.
  • Reference we've provided in the text of the question to a code book or statute shown after the question.
  • The correct answer.
  • Reference(s) you found to a page in the code book, version and/or section number of the code book or statute where you believe the correct answer lives.
