Hours of Operation

Days and Hours of Operation

Generally, we are available during weekdays (Monday through Friday) to answer e-mails and make phone calls (if there is a problem with your order).

We prefer e-mail versus phone calls because generally, people don't answer calls from numbers that are not stored in their phone (telemarketer abuse).  This causes us to make multiple calls to resolve the same issue.

Below is a list of holidays that we do not process orders:

  • New Years Eve (December 31st)
  • New Years Day (January 1st)
  • Easter Day (between March 22 and April 25)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (first Monday of September)
  • Veteran's Day (2nd Monday in November)
  • Thanksgiving Day (November 24th)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

If the holiday falls on a Friday, your order will not be processed until the following Monday.

The hours of answering e-mails and sending out confirmations is usually beteween 9:00am (12:00pm eastern) and 5:00pm (8:00pm eastern) Pacific time on weekdays.

The list above also reflects banking, postal and exam holidays.  Generally, your exam will not be scheduled for any of these days.

Planning Ahead

You should not be placing an order at the last minute.  If you placed an order after operating hours on the Friday preceding a holiday weekend, you probably won't receive a confirmation e-mail until the following Tuesday.  Depending on how long it takes for you to reply, you may not receive your study materials until the following Wednesday after a holiday.
