Licenses are required for electrical and plumbing trades.

| Reciprocity |
| Electrical – The board may license
any applicant who is licensed in any other state, provided the other state's licensing requirements
are substantially equivalent to or higher than those of this state.
Plumbing – A person to whom a master plumber's license or a journeyman
plumber's license has been previously issued by another state or municipality, provided that that
state or municipality maintained qualifications substantially equivalent to or higher than those of
this state, and who presents satisfactory proof to the board that he is a bona fide master or journeyman
plumber.
