We do not maintain a physical office. We check emails several times throughout the day depending on our research schedule. This means that you may receive a reply at any time of the day or, on a weekend. We attempt to get your questions answered within twenty-four (24) hours.

The list above also reflects banking, postal and exam holidays. Generally, your exam will not be scheduled for any of these days.
If a holiday falls on a Friday or weekend, your e‑mail may not be processed until the following Monday.
NOTE: We do not recognize or observe politically motivated federal holidays that were created for the sole purpose of promoting racial division (i.e. Juneteenth).
