As our name suggests, we advocate for careers in the construction trades.  We try to steer teens away from comitting financial suicide and going into tens of thousands in college debt.  How many times have we heard the story of the liberal arts student who graduated from college with a masters degree and now works as a waitress at a Denny’s and lives with her parents?

If you want to know more about how teens are scammed into college debt, watch the PBS documentary titled "College, Inc".

Often times a tradesman will start their training in high school and are working in their field of study during summer breaks.  By the time high school graduation rolls around, they have a great income where they can actually support a family.  How many college graduates can say that?
