The hours of answering e-mails, replying to confirmations, and sending orders is usually beteween 10:00am and 10:00pm, Pacific time (1:00pm and 1:00am Eastern).
Generally, we are available weekdays (and most weekends) to answer e-mails and make phone calls if there is a problem with your order.
We prefer to use e‑mail because, generally, customers don‘t answer calls from unrecognized numbers (telemarketer abuse). This causes us to waste time making calls to resolve the same issue.
The following list shows 2020 bank holidays that we do not process orders:
The list above also reflects banking, postal and exam holidays. Generally, your exam will not be scheduled for any of these days.
If the holiday falls on a Friday or weekend, your order will not be processed until the following Monday.
You should not be placing an order at the last minute. If you placed an order after operating hours or on a Friday preceding a holiday weekend, you probably won't receive a confirmation e‑mail until the following Tuesday. Depending on how long it takes for you to reply, you may not receive your study materials until the following Wednesday after a holiday.
