Congratulations!  You are one of the few people who have realized the importance of using this down-time to prepare for your exam.

Your Payment and Order Information Has Been Received and is being Reviewed

You will receive an e‑mailed copy of the information you just entered from “examprepservices.com”.  The subject of the email will contain the name of the product you ordered such as “Business and Law Practice Exam” or “ICC National Standard Practice Exams”.

As soon as we receive your order, we’ll check our practice exam files and compare them with current requirements.  If the files are current, we will generate an invoice and e‑mail it with your files.

Please keep in mind that if you are ordering from an eastern time zone, it may take us until 10:00am Pacific Time to see your order.  If it looks like it‘s taken more than a few hours since you initially placed the order for us to get the notification, we‘ll send a confirmation email letting you know “We have received your order and are processing it”.

Our work schedules, as everyone’s, have been effected by the current pandemic, so please be patient with us during this difficult time.

What should I do if you don’t receive an e‑mailed copy of the form I just filled out?

If you don't receive the information from the form you just filled out in an email within twenty to thirty minutes, something on your end probably went wrong like your e‑mail provider is flagging our emails as SPAM or JUNK.

If you’re using a free account such as gMail, Hotmail, Live, Yahoo, etc., you'll have to use your provider’s support area to figure out where your junk mail is located, or, do a search on the internet for example, “good emails being marked as spam by (insert your e‑mail provider)”.

And if all that fails, please click the “contact” link at the top of any of our web pages or use the drop down “menu” on your phone to choose “I did not receive a copy of my order form”.
